Eric S. Midby currently manages the development of The LEXAS Companies’ luxury line of condominium projects including Escala and the twin towers at Denny & Stewart. He has worked closely with John H. Midby for the last 15 years on a wide array of projects for The Midby Companies. His experience includes land, warehouse and multi-family development projects. Eric’s role in the company began as a Financial Analyst; however he also served as a Project Manager, Development Manager and most recently as the Director of Finance. In 2004, Eric was responsible for developing the business plan for The LEXAS Companies and has since been instrumental in structuring its joint venture plans and managing the due diligence process. Eric is a graduate of the Lloyd Grief Center for Entrepreneurial Studies at University of Southern California.
