Joseph Strobele is the co-founder of LEXAS, and currently serves as its President. Prior to co-founding LEXAS Joseph held Development and Acquisitions executive positions for two of the most well respected real estate organizations; Legacy Partners and Lincoln Property Company. His responsibilities included all phases of development and acquisitions raising the equity and debt capital, locating projects, negotiating contracts, obtaining entitlements, acquiring financing and delivering the product. Prior to moving to Seattle, Joseph was the Director of Resort Development responsible for a staff and all phases of development for a boutique hospitality and timeshare development company. Prior to developing and acquiring real estate, Joseph worked on the services side of real estate in banking for First Federal Bank in Santa Monica, CA. At First Federal Bank he was in the real estate department responsible for a wide variety of activities ranging from evaluating projects to executing paper swaps. He has a strong financial background with experience in, appraising, and brokering. He was a Captain in the United States Air Force where he was responsible for acquiring space satellite systems for various branches of the US Government. Joseph enjoys reading and spending time with his wife and twin daughters.
